業務内容
店舗スタッフ(RCREW)として入社後、店舗業務の実務を通じて「楽天モバイルの基礎オペレーション」/楽天について/楽天経済圏について習得していただきます。「楽天エコシステム」の総合窓口である店舗にて、ご来店されるエンドユーザーに対し「楽天モバイル」だけでなく、楽天グループの他のサービスや商材も顧客のニーズに合わせて柔軟に提案し、楽天グループサービスのユーザー拡大に貢献頂きます。

具体的な業務
・新規契約、機種変更、その他楽天モバイルおよびグループサービスのご提案、登録業務
・お客様からの問い合わせ対応
・店舗内での電話応対、在庫管理、事務作業、各種会議参加など
・KPI管理業務・集客活動業務・その他店舗業務全般

【入社後のキャリアパス】
①RCREWとして入社後、店舗内のキャリアパスとして、副店長、店長のキャリアステップを設定しております。
※まずは入社後、1年以内に店長を目指していただきます。
②その後、本部社員へのキャリアステップを経てご本人の経験、思考を養っていただきます。

必須要件:

・社会人経験1年以上
・ビジネスで通用する日本語コミュニケーションが可能な方

歓迎要件:
・コミュニケーション能力が高く、ポジティブな方
・何かしらの営業経験のある方(業界不問)
・フットワークの軽い方

※将来、店舗・エリア責任者として都道府県内での転勤をしていただくこともあります。
