Job Summary:

This role involves supporting the implementation and management of human resource policies and procedures, including handling Reduction in Force activities to ensure compliance with internal guidelines, laws, and regulations. The position also encompasses administration of HR operational programs, requiring confidentiality and attentiveness to sensitive information.

Responsibilities include managing or supporting employee relations initiatives to advance HR objectives and strategic goals. Alignment with established employee relations policies and regulations is crucial for this role.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Intermediate knowledge of a wide range of Human Resources functions and general HR activities/administration.
  • Minimum requirement of High School Diploma/Associates Degree or equivalent, along with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.

The base salary range for this position is typically between $65K to $80K, depending on expertise, skills, experience, and location. Incentives such as performance-based bonuses may also be available.
