Mission
国内大手電機・PCメーカーの設計・R&D部門に対し、次世代デバイスに向けた技術提案を行い、Design-inを獲得すること。
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Design-in:
顧客の次世代製品開発段階に深く入り込み、高速伝送・小型化・熱対策などの技術課題に対するソリューションを提案。 - Bridge Engineering:
海外の設計拠点・工場(英語圏)と日本の顧客(日本語)の間に立ち、仕様調整、技術要件の定義、トラブルシューティングをダイレクトに遂行。 - Project Management:
サンプル作成から評価、承認、量産移行までのプロセス管理。 - Technical Support:
海外営業担当来日時の技術的サポートおよび通訳・プレゼンテーション。
Must Have (必須要件)
- Business English Proficiency:
海外マネージャーへのレポート、海外工場との交渉が単独で完結できるレベル。(TOEICスコア不問、実務能力重視) - Native Level Japanese:
国内大手メーカーのエンジニアと、敬語を用いて円滑な折衝・深耕営業ができるレベル。 - Technical Background:
電子機器、PC、ハードウェア(マザーボード等)、または電子部品・コネクタに関する技術的知見。
外事業部の直接予算による採用のため、日本法人の規定をベースにしつつ、グローバル基準の報酬・待遇を提供します。
- 想定年収 (Annual Salary)
1,000万円 〜 1,300万円
※経験・能力を考慮の上、海外事業部の承認を経て決定。年俸制+パフォーマンスインセンティブ。
- 勤務地 (Location)
東京都品川区(または近郊オフィス)
※顧客先への直行直帰可、海外出張あり。
