アジアを中心として有望な金融事業や革新的な事業を支援している当社にて、海外事業のサポート業務をお任せします。

■業務内容:

・ブロックチェーンおよびWeb3.0を活用した新規事業の戦略立案と実行

・海外における投資銀行設立プロジェクトへの参画

・デジタル資産・仮想通貨・フィンテック関連の企画・サービス設計

・社内外とのコミュニケーションおよびプロジェクトマネジメント

・KJ GROUP全体のビジネス戦略の構築と遂行

日本で資金を集め、東南アジア(マレーシア)でライセンスを取って事業を展開するためのサポートをお任せします。

・海外の金融機関や現地法人とのス ケジュール調整とミーティング参加

・海外の市場リサーチや、海外エージェントとのコミュニケーション等サポート業務

■具体的には:

現地事業のサポートをお任せします。現地の新規法人の設立に関わる全ての手続きや銀行口座の開設、海外マーケットのリサーチ、海外の金融当局との やり取りなどです。 また、ビジネスコンサルタントと一緒に法律の部分の相談にも応えていただきます。 ライセンス取得後、事業が開始されるのでマーケティング・営業展開を行います。その際、外部エージェントを使用しながらコントロールしていただきます。

■言語について:

現地のスタッフと話す際は基本英語を使用していただきます。社内の共通語は日本語です。

■必須条件:

・N1レベルの日本語力

・ビジネス会話以上の英語力

■歓迎条件:

ネイティブもしくはビジネスレベルの韓国語力

月~金(土日祝休除く) 09:30~18:30 (休憩60分)

・海外銀行や公共機関とのやり取り

・海外銀行やライセンスに関する申請書類を記入及びチェック

休暇・休日:

・土、日、祝日休

・年間休日120日

・年末年始休暇あり

・出産・育児休暇、介護休暇、慶弔休暇、有給休暇他

・有給休暇は入社半年経過時点10日

・有給消化による連続休暇(調整のうえ取得可能)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,850〜¥65,400(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

<給与>

総支給額:250,000円 〜 400,000円

①基本支給額:209,150円~334,600 円

②みなし残業代およそ40,850円 ~65,400円(25.0時間/月 相当分)を含む

③出勤手当:およそ20,000円 1日1,000円×出勤日数

交通費別途支給(上限3万円)

25時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給する

月平均残業時間:10時間程度
