Business Marketing Specialist

Business Marketing Specialist position at EMR&CM (hospital information system) involves market research, marketing plan/biz plan definition and execution for domestic expansion of our overseas solutions.

Also, we would like you to consider product strategy based on market demand for domestically developed solutions.

  • At Philips, the business marketing team is responsible for the success of the corresponding product/solution in the Japanese market.
  • As a member of the EMR&CM (hospital information system) team, you will work with our sales team, partner companies and various stakeholders from hospital clinical sites to management, ensuring a wide range of stakeholders are engaged.

Required practical experience and skills

  • Experience in hospital information system proposal sales activities, or system construction/maintenance in any one of the areas.
  • Experience in system construction or job experience involving stakeholders from hospital sites.
  • University graduate or higher.
  • Native-level Japanese language proficiency required. Business-level English proficiency welcome.

Recruitment requirements

【Contract period】No fixed period.
【Probation period】Probation period available (principally 6 months).
【Workplace】Mabashi Office.

【Scope of change】Applicable to all company bases. Transfer to all company bases possible due to reassignment.
【Working hours】9:00-17:30. Break time: 12:00-13:00 as a rule.
【Days off】Weekly Saturdays (designated day off) / Sundays (statutory holiday) / national holidays / year-end and New Year (December 29-January 4).

【Vacation leave】Maximum 20 days (initial year) / 20 days (2nd-5th year) / 25 days (6th year and beyond) / Care Leave (10 days per year) / Sick Leave (maximum 30 days per year) and others.
【Overtime work】Available.

Salary

Basic salary: Annual income 700-1300 million yen + Incentive 30%.

※However, for management positions, overtime pay is not subject to payment (night shift allowance, holiday night shift allowance payable).

Year-end bonus

Incentive 30%
※Incentive payable annually in March (subject to change based on company performance, department performance and individual evaluation)
※For mid-year starters, payment will be calculated on a pro rata basis.

Social insurance (National Pension, Health Insurance), Labor Insurance (Employment Insurance, Work-Related Injury Insurance).

Pension system

Two-tiered pension system (lump-sum pension and deferred pension).
