従業員クラブの宴会料理の洋食調理スタッフを正社員募集

【仕事内容】

料理を通してお客様にラグジュアリーな時間を提供する

NEC従業員クラブでの宴会料理の調理業務全般をお任せします

・仕込み(材料の下処理、野菜のカット、肉・魚の下ごしらえ)

・調理(フライパンやオーブン、グリルでの加熱・調理)

・盛り付け(オードブルやメイン料理の盛り付け、仕上げ)

・洗浄(調理器具や厨房内の清掃) など

《メニュー例》

ホワイトアスパラガスと生ハムのサラダ仕立て等の

オードブル盛り合わせ、季節のケーキやフルーツ盛り合わせを提供しています

「食物循環型システム」を導入、生ごみをコンポスト化して肥料として農家に提供

月給 230,000円〜330,000円
