<運転業務を行う方> 基本給212,968円+業務(時間外)手当55,000円+居住支援特別手当20,000円+処遇職務手当(運転手当5,000円、無事故運転手当5,000円)

<共通事項>

介護の基礎資格(介護職員初任者研修・実務者研修・介護福祉士)をお持ちの方は基本給223,076円

試用期間中(入社日より3ヶ月経過後の20日まで)の基本給は210,056円になります

交通費支給(規程あり)

※居住支援特別手当は「東京都介護職員・介護支援専門員居住支援特別手当事業補助金交付要綱」の運用に準拠し、支給するものとしております

※処遇職務手当は運転手当5,000円、無事故運転手当5,000円、物品管理担当3,000円等、役割に応じて手当が発生します(無事故運転手当は事故が発生した場合は3ヶ月間、支給されません)
