Perception技術開発に関するデータエンジニアを募集いたします。
【背景】 TIER IVは、オープンソースの自律走行ソフトウェアであるAutowareの開発・運用を行い、自律走行に関連する幅広いアプリケーション、ソリューション、サービスを提供しています。
Expert Data Engineerのポジションは、機械学習モデル学習に必要なデータセットの構築・改善の方針をデータ分析による知見に基づいて意思決定することに責任を持ちます。Data Centric AIの思想に基づき、収集したデータの特性の分析や分析コードの実装を行い、機械学習モデルの性能改善に貢献することが求められます。現状のデータセットの特性に基づき、今後構築するデータセットの規模を決定し、アノテーションタスクのマネジメントと品質管理を実施します。自動運転システムにて収集したデータのキャリブレーション精度・同期精度の確認等にも責任を持つため、自動運転システム全体と基盤となるネットワーク・OS等の技術への深い理解も重要となります。
【仕事内容】
- 機械学習データセットの分析・可視化コード実装
- データセット分析に基づいた今後のデータセット構築方針決定
- アノテーションタスクのマネジメント
- データセットの品質管理と品質自動確認コード実装
- 車両におけるデータ収集・デバッグ
- データセットに関連する変換コードの実装

Requirements
1:自律運転の認識技術のうち、以下の全てにおける業務経験があること
- 機械学習モデルの性能改善を行った経験
- nuScenes, KITTI等の機械学習データセットを用いた認識タスク
- 大規模データの可視化による傾向分析
- コンピュータビジョンに関する研究・実務経験
- 学習用データセットの構築経験
2:以下のうち1つ以上の技術に精通していること
- C++, ROS, ROS 2, Python, PyTorch
3:日本語/英語でのコミュニケーションスキル
4:LinuxおよびGit等を用いた開発経験
Preferred Experiences
- データ改善による機械学習モデルの改良経験
- センサーデータの収集経験、データ品質に関する知見
- アノテーション品質に関する管理経験
- 大規模ソフトウェアを伴うプロダクト開発の実務経験
- LiDARのセンサデータを用いた経験
- LiDAR, Camera, RADAR, GNSS, IMU を用いたアルゴリズム/センサフュージョンの開発経験
- Kaggle等のコンテスト入賞経験
- 自動運転/ロボティクス分野での開発経験
- 自動車関連企業における認識技術開発経験
- OSS への貢献実績
- センサハードウェアやセンサ物理特性に関する知識・経験

Working Conditions
Salary想定月収 :33.3万円 ~ 166.7万円
月額基本給 :246,334 円 ~ 1,259,400円 (固定残業手当を除く額) 固定残業手当:時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として 87,000 円 ~ 407,600 円を支給(45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給)
Location(雇入れ直後) 東京都品川区北品川一丁目12-10 ジャコムビル、東京都品川区北品川一丁目19-4 泉北品川ビル及び労働者の自宅
(変更の範囲) 会社の定める場所(テレワークを行う場所を含む)
