Perception技術開発に関する機械学習の専門家を募集いたします。
【背景】 TIER IVは、オープンソースの自律走行ソフトウェアであるAutowareの開発・運用を行い、自律走行に関連する幅広いアプリケーション、ソリューション、サービスを提供しています。
Professional Machine Learning Engineerのポジションは、機械学習モデルの学習と評価に責任を持ちます。正確な実装力と、経験に裏打ちされた意思決定能力が求められます。特に、車載ECUは計算資源が限られていることも多いため、時間制約を守りつつ高い性能を実現する機械学習モデルの開発を目指す必要があります。
【仕事内容】
- 自動運転車両における高性能かつロバストなPerceptionのための機械学習アルゴリズムの開発
- Sensing & Perception関連の最新論文のサーベイ、再現実装やベンチマーク
- 機械学習基盤/評価基盤への機能実装、テストコードの実装
- 機械学習モデルの学習・最適化・車載ECUへの実装
- OSSへの自律走行技術の貢献

Requirements
1:自律運転の認識技術のうち、以下の全てにおける業務経験があること
- 2D/3Dのコンピュータビジョンおよび機械学習の経験
- 自動運転の認識技術の開発
- 2年以上の機械学習を用いた物体検出、物体追跡、将来軌跡予測の開発
2:以下のうち1つ以上の技術に精通していること
- C++, ROS, ROS 2, Python, PyTorch
3:日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル
4:LinuxおよびGit等を用いた開発経験
Preferred Experiences
- LiDARを用いたPerception技術の開発経験
- LiDAR, Camera, RADAR, GNSS, IMU を用いたアルゴリズム/センサフュージョンの開発経験
- CV系の国際会議における採択実績
- Kaggle等のコンテスト入賞経験
- TensorRT等のハードウェアアクセラレータ用SDKの使用経験
- 自動運転/ロボティクス分野での開発経験
- 自動車関連企業における認識技術開発経験
- OSS への貢献実績
- センサハードウェアやセンサ物理特性に関する知識・経験

Working Conditions
Salary想定月収 :33.3万円 ~ 166.7万円
月額基本給 :246,334 円 ~ 1,259,400円 (固定残業手当を除く額) 固定残業手当:時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として 87,000 円 ~ 407,600 円を支給(45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給)
Location(雇入れ直後) 東京都品川区北品川一丁目12-10 ジャコムビル、東京都品川区北品川一丁目19-4 泉北品川ビル及び労働者の自宅
(変更の範囲) 会社の定める場所(テレワークを行う場所を含む)
