Job Description: AI Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI Engineer to join our Client's team in Tokyo. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative AI solutions that enhance our PropTech products and services. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive the AI initiatives and contribute to the overall business transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms and models to enhance the RENOSY platform and other PropTech products.
- Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and applications.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to continuously improve product performance.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards across the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in AI and PropTech.
- Contribute to the documentation of AI models, tools, and processes for knowledge sharing.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of PropTech or real estate technology is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Desired Experience
- Hands-on experience in deploying machine learning models in production.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience in working with large-scale data sets and data processing tools.
