「JPCスポーツ教室 前橋店」にて、

【こども向けスポーツ教室のコーチ】のお仕事を募集いたします。

JPCスポーツ教室は

園児からジュニアアスリートまで

幅広いジャンルの子供たちが通っている施設です。

現在、全国に店舗展開を行っている"JPCスポーツ教室"

急成長中の企業でオープニングメンバーとして一緒に教室を作り上げていきませんか?

未経験歓迎

経験・スキルは一切問いませんので異業種からの転職も大歓迎です。

「子どもが好き」

「一緒にスポーツを楽しみたい」

そんな気持ちがあればOKです。

【お仕事内容】

園児から中学生の生徒たちをメインに、

体操や体幹トレーニングだけでなく、

野球やサッカーなどスポーツ全般を教えていただきます。

『運動は苦手だけど頑張りたい』

『もっとサッカーで上手く蹴れるようになりたい』という

子どもたちをサポートしていってください

まずは少しずつお任せする業務を増やしていきますので、

半年~1年程度で1人前となることが目標です

同時に、スポーツトレーナーの資格も取得いただきます

複数の資格の中からどれを取得するか相談して決め、

入社3年以内の取得を目指しましょう。

また、慣れていくにつれて「もっとこうした方がいい」などの意見も出てくるはず

その意見・アイデアをぜひ発信してください

一緒により良い教室を作っていきましょう。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり7時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 22日

勤務時間 14:30~21:30(実働7時間)

※残業は月20時間以内です。

※授業の準備のため、早出する場合もあります。

(日曜日+月1日~3日の休み/店舗休日に応じた休み)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 19万円 〜 29万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間30分)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万円 〜

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

給与は経験・スキルを考慮の上、決定します。

トレーナー、店舗長、役員(幹部)など頑張り次第でキャリアアップ

・店舗長:月給30万円~

・役員(幹部):月給50万円~
