業務内容詳細

  • SAP・Salesforce・ServiceNow・AIなど、IT特化型正社員人材の発掘・マッチング
  • 社内外データベース、リファーラルなどを活用した電話やメールでの候補者人材アプローチ活動
  • 候補者情報の管理とタレントプール構築
  • 候補者集客のための企画・イベントの実施または参加
  • プロジェクト参画後のフォローアップと課題対応
  • マーケット動向の把握と、法人営業チームへの知見共有と連携

ご応募要件

  • 流暢レベルの日本語を日常的に仕事に使っている方
  • 人材紹介エージェントのご経験1年以上
  • ITテクノロジーやソフトウェア業界に興味関心お持ちの方
  • 数字目標達成を目指す実務経験がある方

あれば尚可

  • ITソフトウェア関連の日本での営業経験
  • 電話を通じた営業経験がある方
  • 読み書きレベルの英語力

勤務時間、働き方

9:00〜18:00、完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)かつ年間休日120日以上
