ポジションの概要
本ポジションはRGM(Revenue Growth Management)を担当し、Kenvueおよび小売業者のGTS/NTS/GP成長を最大化するための分析、インサイト、および意思決定支援を行います。また、社内データの管理に必要なITインフラの提供と維持を担います。

ミッション
主要商品の年間売上を前年比10%以上成長させることを目標とする。

NTSおよびGP比率を成長目標に沿って改善する。

各種KPI(Gross Profit、ROI for TP/CP、CIW改善など)の達成。

社内データ管理のためのITインフラを提供・維持する。

役割と責任

  • データ分析・目標設定
  • GTS/NTSおよび関連予算に関する意思決定をサポート
  • データをビジネスインサイトに変換するためのレポート構築
  • チーム間で標準レポートを共有し、販売投資状況を可視化
  • セールス効率を高めるためのデータ環境の整備とトレーニング
  • 販促分析
  • SKU、顧客、チャネル別の販促活動およびROI分析
  • 消費者インサイトに基づく最適な販促活動・製品を特定
  • ブランド・顧客・チャネルごとの効果的な販促ガイドラインを策定
  • 最適な予算配分と販促計画を策定
  • ポートフォリオ最適化
  • SKU、顧客、チャネル別のホワイトスポット分析
  • 売上・利益最大化を目的とした商品・チャネル戦略立案
  • ブランド・顧客・チャネル別の「To-Beポートフォリオ」を策定

応募資格
Finance/RGM/Trade MarketingまたはBusiness Operation分野での3年以上の経験(Kenvueまたは他社での経験可)

新しい挑戦を恐れず、失敗後も高い期待を超える実績を出した経験

クロスファンクションでのプロジェクトマネジメント経験(必須)

Position Overview
This position is responsible for
Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
, providing analysis, insights, and decision support to maximize
GTS/NTS/GP growth
for both Kenvue and retail partners. The role also involves providing and maintaining the
IT infrastructure
required for internal data management.

Mission

  • Achieve 10%+ year-over-year growth in annual sales of key products.
  • Improve NTS and GP ratios in line with growth targets.
  • Deliver on key KPIs such as Gross Profit, ROI for TP/CP, and CIW improvement.
  • Provide and maintain IT infrastructure for internal data management.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Goal Setting
  • Support decision-making related to GTS/NTS and budget planning.
  • Build reports that convert data into business insights.
  • Share standardized reports across teams to visualize sales investment performance.
  • Develop and train teams on data environments to improve sales efficiency.
  • Promotion Analysis
  • Analyze promotional activities and ROI by SKU, customer, and channel.
  • Identify optimal promotional activities and products based on consumer insights.
  • Develop promotion guidelines by brand, customer, and channel.
  • Create optimal budget allocations and promotional plans.
  • Portfolio Optimization
  • Conduct white spot analyses by SKU, customer, and channel.
  • Develop product and channel strategies to maximize sales and profit.
  • Design the "To-Be Portfolio" for each brand, customer, and channel.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, RGM, Trade Marketing, or Business Operations (experience at Kenvue or other companies accepted).
  • Proven track record of delivering results beyond expectations after challenges or failures.
  • Cross-functional project management experience (required).
  • Experience in process and workflow improvement.

Technical Expertise

  • PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau (Internal Data Source), i-Canvus (Intage Market Data).
