職務内容/Job duties ■unit/チーム紹介

Enterprise Transformation推進チームでは、CXO(現職の C レベルの変革リーダー)とともに、EYSCのあらゆるケイパビリティを活用して、Enterprise Transformationの実現に向けて伴走いたします。

私たちは、Sector と協力し、EYSC が大規模な変革を構想できるように支援することで、コンピテンシーの立場からアカウントの開発と成長に取り組んでいきます。

Business Consulting内外のOffering群を組み合わせるなど、クライアントのシーン別に合わせて、最適な提案を行うために、Business Consulting外含めサービスユニットとの連携を推進いたします。

■業務内容

お客様の課題や実現したいことを理解し、EYSCが提供できるサービス、ケイパビリティを把握し、ユニットを超えてお客様の改革推進のためのベストな提案をし、Transformation Journeyをお客様と伴走して実現していきます。

Qualifications
応募資格/Qualifications ■必要な業務経験

  • シニアマネージャー / マネージャー

【必須要件】

以下A〜C何れかのビジネスコンサルティング領域のご経験を5〜10年程度お持ちの方で、かつSectorメンバーのようにお客様の課題や実現したいことに対して、ソリューションをイメージし、巻き込むコンピテンシーメンバーを組成しながら提案をしてきた方

A)経理財務領域におけるコンサルティング、プロジェクトマネージャー経験

B)新規事業・サービス創出や、マーケティング・セールス・アフターサービスを中心とした顧客接点DXにおけるコンサルティング、プロジェクトマネージャー経験

C)サプライチェーン領域に関するコンサルティング、プロジェクトマネジメント経験

※シニアマネージャーは2~3件のプロジェクトをかけもちしてデリバリーをハンドルすることができるスキルと経験

【言語】

日本語ネイティブレベルまたはビジネスレベル以上(JLPT:N1を持ちの方)

【歓迎要件】

・日本語/英語によるGlobal Managementとの説明・交渉能力

・お客様の課題や実現したいことに対して、必要なソリューションイメージと巻き込むコンピテンシー組織等を適切に判断できる

・コラボレーションを推進する上で誰とでも積極的にコミュニケーションし、巻き込むことができる

・お客様とのコミュニケーションも円滑にでき、推進上の課題を把握し、アクション/エスカレーションを的確にできる

【上記必須要件に加え、以下いずれかに該当する方歓迎】

・BPOやAOといったアウトソーシングTransformationの経験

・会計/業績管理・CRM、SCMなどのSIプロジェクトの経験
