Business Contribution

Drive sales growth and market penetration through effective distributor management and direct engagement with end-users. We are looking for a successful territory manager who has a technical aptitude to support customized solutions for heavy-duty industrial applications and who are highly adaptable to changes and willing to contribute to the growth of the company.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for annual sales targets and sales growth

年間売上高と売上成長率のKPIを持ちます。

  • Channel Development: Build, maintain, and optimize relationships with existing distributors; identify and onboard new partners.
  • 販売代理店ネットワーク管理:既存の販売代理店との関係を構築・維持・最適化し、新規パートナーを特定・導入します。
  • End-User Engagement: Collaborate with distributors and/or dealers to approach end-users, understand their operational challenges, and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Technical Sales: Conduct technical discussions with customers for customized lifting and system integration projects.

  • Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer applications, trade requirements, and competitor landscape to propose optimal solutions together with our engineering.

  • Account Development Plan: Create tailored plans for key accounts to drive growth and strengthen relationships.

  • Continuous Follow-up: Proactively engage on leads and opportunities to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.

Required Capabilities/必要な能力:

  • Strong ability to manage complex distribution networks and drive channel growth.

  • Technical understanding of industrial equipment and ability to discuss customization with engineers.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Education and Experience/学歴及び経験職歴:

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing or equivalent related field experience

  • Experience Requirements: Knowledge and more than 5 years of working experience of managing industrial equipment distribution as a territory manager and crafting and implementing business strategies. Industrial equipment technical sales experience preferred.

経験職歴: 工業機器メーカーにおけるテリトリーマネージャーとしての商社・販売店を経由した販売管理知識と経験(5年以上)。ビジネス戦略の策定、実行経験。工業機器の技術営業経験があるとより望ましい
