ポジション概要(Position Summary):

  • 本ポジションは、全ブランドポートフォリオ(MW、Wound、SH、OTC、Baby)におけるメディア戦略の立案・計画・実行を統括し、ブランドチームと共にブランドビジョンの実現および事業成果の創出に責任を持ちます。
  • 消費者、ブランド、ビジネス、メディア環境およびパートナーに対する深い理解をもとに、従来型メディア、新興メディア、インフルエンサー/KOL、プロフェッショナルメディア、PR活動を含むトータルなブランド体験の設計をリードします。また、インフルエンサーエンゲージメントやEC売上最大化にも貢献することが期待されます。
  • 外部メディアパートナー(代理店)の選定、代理店体制の構築、デリバリー品質管理を主導し、ブランドポートフォリオ全体において最適なメディアおよび広告パフォーマンスを実現し、ビジネスKPIの達成を担います。

職務内容・責任(Role Duty & Responsibilities):
トータル・ブランド体験プランニング

  • 各フランチャイズの事業目標達成に向け、E2E(End-to-End)のメディア戦略をリードする
  • 従来型メディア、デジタルメディア、新興メディア、プロフェッショナルメディア、PRにわたる複数のメディアタッチポイントに関する専門的な理解と経験を活用する
  • 外部メディア代理店および社内ステークホルダー(各ブランド/フランチャイズチーム)と強固な協業・エンゲージメントを構築する
  • KPI設定、成果物の整合、年間プランニングを含む外部代理店のマネジメント
  • APACリージョン/NEAクラスターのデジタルアナリティクスチームと密に連携する

人材育成(Grow the People)

  • 強いチームを構築し、採用・育成・コーチングを通じてタレントを成長させる
  • メディアに関する基礎知識の提供を通じて、ブランドチームの成長を支援する

予算/ビジネスマネジメント

  • 最新のビジネス状況および各ブランドの目標・優先順位を理解し、ポートフォリオ目標達成に向けてリソースを最適に配分する
  • 予算管理に責任を持ち、最適な投資配分を設計・実行する
  • メディア代理店フィーの管理

応募資格(Qualifications):
経験・行動特性(Experience & Behavior)

  • 理想的には5年以上のコミュニケーション/アクティベーション経験
  • および(または)5年以上のメディアプランニング/バイイング経験
  • コミュニケーションプランニングおよび実行施策の実績
  • 財務、R&D、RA、法務、PR、営業、GFO/NEAクラスターと連携したプロジェクトマネジメント経験
  • 消費者インサイトや未充足ニーズを特定し、その学びをコミュニケーションビジョンに反映できる能力
  • 消費者ニーズ創出を起点としたコミュニケーションイノベーションにより、ゲームチェンジを起こす触媒となれること(変革のためにリスクを取る姿勢)
  • 目標共有、優先順位設定、リソースプランニングを通じて成果を出せる強いチームを構築し、JPLTおよびリージョン/NEAクラスターなど主要ステークホルダーの承認を獲得できること

Position Summary

  • This role is responsible and lead for all brands portfolio (MW, Wound, SH, OTC, and Baby) media strategy, planning, execution to achieve brand visions and co-own the business result together with brand team.
  • This role is expected to lead the design of total brand experience including traditional media, emerging media, Influencer & KOL, professional media, and PR activity, influencer engagement, EC sales maximization with the deepest understanding of consumer, brands, business and media environment/ counterpart insight.
  • This role is also expected to lead the external media partner agency selection / agency structure development / agency delivery quality control / to deliver best media & AD performance for our brand portfolio to deliver the business KPI.

Role Duty & Responsibilities
Total Brand Experience Planning

  • Lead E2E Media strategy to achieve each franchise business goal.
  • Leverage full expert of multiple media touch point understanding and experience from traditional media, digital media, emerging media, professional media and PR.
  • Need strong collaboration and engagement skill to drive and engage external media agency as well as internal stakes holders i.e. each brand, franchise team.
  • Management of external agency from setting right KPI, alignment of deliverables, and yearly planning.
  • Work closely with APAC Region/NEA Cluster Digital analytics

Grow the People

  • Create a strong team. Grow talent through effective recruitment, development, coaching.
  • Support to grow brand team by equipping the basic knowledge for media.

Budget/ Business Management

  • Prioritizes and ensures resources are focused to deliver portfolio objectives by understanding the latest business situation and each brand objective/ priority.
  • Accountable to manage the budget and come up with the best way to spend $.
  • Media agency fee management

Experience & Behavior

  • Ideally 5+ years communication/activation experience
  • and (or) 5+ years Media planning/buying experience
  • Has track record of communication planning/execution initiatives
  • Led project management liaising with Financial, R&D, RA, Legal, PR, Sales and GFO/NEA Cluster
  • Identify consumer insight and unmet needs by stretching the connection and adapt the learning to Communication vision
  • Become a catalyst to change the game by bringing communication innovation via consumer needs creation. Willing to change the risk to achieve the change
  • Create the strong team which enable to achieve the goals through sharing the objective, priority setting and resource planning. Get approval from key stakeholders such as JPLT and Region/NEA Cluster. Pro-actively works with APAC Region/NEA Cluster on global/regional initiatives
  • Behave as a role model by achieving the goal by engaging and motivating the team in right manner
  • Business owner mindset. Orchestrate the team to achieve the business goals by foreseeing the risks ahead and pro-actively works on the contingency plan

  • Business performance tracking: P&L management/market data analysis/business driver analysis
  • Data analysis (media/digital analytics/social listening tools)
  • Digital marketing expertise
