About This Position
本ポジションは、レノボ・ジャパンにおける法人向けPC・スマートデバイスの市場投入に際して、日本マーケットの特長、お客さまの動向を深く理解した上で、ブランド価値を最大化させるコンテンツの作成、マーケティングチームを介したプロモーション施策、営業チームからの販売店やエンドユーザーへのメッセージアウトを含めた一貫性の担保、販売店やエンドユーザーにリーチする資料テンプレートの作成、製品担当者として効果的にイベントやセミナーを通じて発信するプレゼンターとしての業務、場合によっては製品担当者としてお客さまやパートナー様に対する営業同行まで、一気通貫で製品のプロダクトマーケティングに対する取り組みを実行いただきます。
対象となる主な製品カテゴリとして、ThinkPadを含むビジネス向けノートブックPC、Chromebookを含む文教マーケット向けPC、ThinkSmartブランドの会議室専用デバイスのプロダクトマーケティングを想定しています。レノボのPC・スマートデバイス製品に対する理解に加えて、コンピュータのアーキテクチャ、OS、などの関連するテクノロジーに対する親和性、新しいテクノロジーを学ぶことに対する貪欲な姿勢と、営業活動を含むお客さまに対峙したビジネス面での経験と高いコミュニケーションスキルを兼ね備えた人材を求めています。
Must Have – Essential
- クライアントコンピューティングデバイスのプロダクトマーケティングやプロモーションの経験
- 営業や営業支援など、Customer Facingの業務の経験(B2B / B2Cは問わない)
- 自ら課題を見つけて能動的に動くことができるマインドセット
- 新しい技術や製品について学ぶことを楽しめること
- 高いコミュニケーション能力(社内外問わず相手の立場に立ったコミュニケーションができること)
- 最低限度の英語力(英語ベースの仕様書やプレゼンテーションを問題なく理解可能)
Good To Have – Desirable
- Windows / ChromeOSいずれかのアーキテクチャに対する理解
- Microsoft Teams Rooms や Zoom Rooms に関する製品訴求の経験
