ジョーシスは急成長中のIT資産管理SaaS企業として、600社以上の法人顧客にサービスを提供しています。これまで新規開拓を中心に営業活動を行ってきましたが、今後は既存顧客基盤を活用した顧客の活用促進・継続率向上が重要なテーマとなっています。

本ポジションでは、既存顧客の利用状況や課題を深く理解し、データに基づく示唆やビジョンを提示しながら、活用支援と提案型の契約更新営業を推進していただきます。価格交渉やビジョンセリングも含め、単なる更新にとどまらない顧客価値最大化を担います。

■業務概要

  • 既存顧客との契約更新営業、アップセル機会の抽出

  • 顧客活用データの分析および示唆の提示

  • 顧客への今後の活用方針に関する提案

  • 価格条件の提示および交渉

  • 顧客へのビジョン提示およびビジョンセリングの実施

■必須キル

  • 法人営業経験3年前後(業界問わず)

  • 顧客へのヒアリングや課題抽出、提案経験

  • 論理的にデータを解釈し、示唆を思考できる力

  • 自社プロダクトやサービスを深く理解する力

  • 価格交渉や条件設定に関するネゴシエーション

  • 既存営業活動を1〜2年経験

  • スタートアップでのカスタマーサクセスやオペレーション業務経験

  • 営業経験の豊富さ<論理的思考を強みに業務を進めてきた経験
