マーケティング・営業企画担当
仕事内容
当社は小売店卸を中心に商品を販売しています。ここ数年はECの分野、自社サイトと複数のモール(特にAmazon)の運用やEC通販企業への卸売で実績を伸ばしており、今後の会社の成長のために不可欠です。小売店卸や自社サイトや各モールや既存卸先の拡大だけではなく、EC事業の将来を描き、持続的な成長のため新規取引先の開拓や新規事業の展開などビジネスプラン構築や戦略を策定し、推進する業務をお願いしたいと考えております。

・EC事業拡大のための戦略やビジネスプランの策定(短期・中長期)
・既存のEC事業モデル(現EC部門)の分析や課題抽出
・EC事業の成長に繋がる新規事業やサービスの企画立案、実行
・自社ECサイトの拡大のための施策の立案
・SNSを活用したマーケティング戦略の立案
・小売店向け販売戦略の立案
・EC小売店連動企画の提案
・新商品の企画(商品開発部門へEC・小売店向け商品開発の立案)
・市場分析/消費者ニーズ分析
・販売促進の仕掛け(店頭での展開方法の立案、販促物の制作ディレクション)

資格・経験
- 必要業務経験:
・ECサイトの運営経験
・EC事業拡大のための戦略・企画の立案や実行の経験
- あるとよりよい業務経験:
・家電等コンシューマー商品の扱った経験
・事業会社での経営企画の経験
・新規事業の立上げ経験
給与
月給450,000円~600,000円
(前職の給与を加味して決定)
※固定残業手当108,000円~144,000円、40時間相当分含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
時間外手当は時間外労働の有無にかかわらず40時間相当分を支給
