総務スタッフとして、経営サポートや内部統制など幅広い業務を担当。日本の宇宙安全保障という壮大な事業を、バックオフィスから支える重要なポジションです。

<担当業務>
ご経験やスキルに応じて、できる業務からお任せします。将来的には、総務領域における幅広い業務に携わることが可能です。株主総会の運営は早期にお任せしたいと考えており、将来的にはオフィス移転のプロジェクトなどにも関わる可能性があります。

- 経営サポート
取締役会の運営、株主総会の準備・対応・登記、組織活性化、経営理念の浸透、経営戦略作成のサポートなど
- 社内管理
資産管理、用度品管理、文書管理、株式管理、事務所等の管理、警備・保安・防災など
- 危機管理
リスクマネジメント・コンプライアンスを含めた内部統制関連業務
- 社内外対応
会社行事・催物、慶弔・冠婚葬祭、秘書業務、来客対応など
- その他
法務、対外広報、社内広報に関する業務
<仕事のポイント>
- 入社後は、現在3名が在籍する総務部の一員として業務を進めます。グループリーダーが手厚くフォローする体制が整っているため、安心して業務に取り組めます。

【募集背景】
防衛省・自衛隊の衛星通信をトータルにサポートし、日本の宇宙安全保障に貢献する事業を展開している同社。社会的に大きな意義を持つ事業を、バックオフィスから支えるのが総務部門の役割です。
今後の新規事業拡大を見据え、組織体制を強化していく方針であり、今回はその一環として、経営層に近い立場で会社の成長を支える新たな総務スタッフを募集することになりました。

【勤務時間】フレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間7時間30分・休憩1時間)
コアタイム11:00〜15:00
時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均20時間〜30時間
9:30〜18:00で働く社員の方が多いです。
試用期間中はリモートワークの利用対象外となります。
【給与】
500万円〜700万円
月給制 基本給280000円〜
残業代全額支給
- 通勤手当
支給あり(会社規定に準ずる)実費支給
- 賞与あり 年2回(6月・12月/4〜5ヶ月分/年)
- 昇給あり 年1回(4月)
