総務スタッフとして、経営サポートや内部統制など幅広い業務を担当。日本の宇宙安全保障という壮大な事業を、バックオフィスから支える重要なポジションです。

仕事内容
<担当業務>
ご経験やスキルに応じて、できる業務からお任せします。将来的には、総務領域における幅広い業務に携わることが可能です。株主総会の運営は早期にお任せしたいと考えており、将来的にはオフィス移転のプロジェクトなどにも関わる可能性があります。

- 経営サポート
取締役会の運営、株主総会の準備・対応・登記、組織活性化、経営理念の浸透、経営戦略作成のサポートなど
- 社内管理
資産管理、用度品管理、文書管理、株式管理、事務所等の管理、警備・保安・防災など
- 危機管理
リスクマネジメント・コンプライアンスを含めた内部統制関連業務
- 社内外対応
会社行事・催物、慶弔・冠婚葬祭、秘書業務、来客対応など
- その他
法務、対外広報、社内広報に関する業務
<仕事のポイント>
入社後は、現在3名が在籍する総務部の一員として業務を進めます。グループリーダーが手厚くフォローする体制が整っているため、安心して業務に取り組めます。

【事業内容・会社の特長】
1986年の会社設立以来、日本を支える通信衛星事業を行っている企業です。
主に防衛相や自衛隊が作戦通信や機密情報のやり取りに使用するような、機密性の高い通信サービスを扱っています。
近年、防衛という観点でも需要が高まっている衛星事業。昭和61年に国策により同社が設立されました。
スカパーのグループ企業として、国防に特化した衛星通信事業で「宇宙 × 安全保障 × 通信」において高い地位を築いています。
- 事業内容
(1)衛星通信サービスの提供
- 通信衛星を用いて、地上のインフラに依存しない通信を提供。特に、防衛省・自衛隊など、公共機関向けの衛星通信
(2)衛星(宇宙システム)の管制・運用・保守
- 通信衛星の「監視」「管制」「無線設備の維持管理」「電磁波の監視・分析」を行い、通信回線の安定稼働
(3)宇宙・電磁波分野における安全保障・技術支援サービス
- 衛星通信システムを使った情報サービスの提供、防衛・宇宙分野における運用支援、電磁波データの分析、そして将来の宇宙関連事業の提案・支援

防衛省・自衛隊の衛星通信をトータルにサポートし、日本の宇宙安全保障に貢献する事業を展開している同社。社会的に大きな意義を持つ事業を、バックオフィスから支えるのが総務部門の役割です。
