【当社について】

株式会社OKUTAでは、デザイン性と性能にこだわった住宅リノベーションブランド《LOHAS studio》を中心に、

リノベーション、リフォーム、新築、建材など住宅関連事業を多岐にわたり展開しています。

最近ではサウナ事業や健康関連事業など住宅関連事業以外にも拡大進出しており、

現在設立35年目を迎えていますが、新たな事業、サービスへ積極的に邁進しています。

今回は、業績好調に伴い【Lohas studio 錦糸町店】にて、新たな多能工メンバーを募集します。

未経験からでも着実にスキルが身につく育成体制と、柔軟な働き方を両立できる職場環境が魅力です

【具体的な仕事内容】

ユニットバスやシステムキッチン等水まわり設備を中心に、

住宅リフォームを最初から最後まで自社で施工する仕事です

解体・配管・内装・電気工事なども幅広く担当し、

「多能工」として活躍していただきます

数万円のリフォームから数千万円規模のリノベーションまで手がけていますが、

初めは小規模案件から担当いただきますのでご安心ください

経験とスキルに応じて大きな案件もゆくゆくはお任せしていきたいと考えています

※もちろん最初は先輩スタッフの同行からスタートしますので未経験の方もご安心ください

17時定時で残業少なめ、直帰OKなのでオンオフもメリハリがキッチリしています

社員として3~5年経験し独立もOKです

基本給:月給 27万円 〜 37万円

固定残業代:あり

  • 月給27~35万円+歩合給

※事業場外みなし労働時間制を適用
