仕事内容:
【幹部候補採用】
〇自動車に関する行政事務・法律事務がメインの事務所です。
・車検証の書き換えや車庫証明の取得、それらの必要書類の作成やスケジュール管理が主な業務です。
・法令や通達等に則って業務種別や必要書類の判断を行います。それに伴い、車検証や住民票の情報を、申請書類に書き写したり、パソコンに入力していただきます。
・一般的な法律事務と比較して、一案件あたりに係る時間や日数が非常に短く、成果がすぐにわかります。大きいタスクを何日も何か月も抱えるより、小さいタスクを次々と処理していくことを好む方には最適な業務です。
・ 取引先の自動車販売店様へ納品や集荷へ伺います。
・ 役所へ書類の提出に行くこともあります(要自動車運転免許)。
・ 案件ごとの進捗管理や前日からの引継ぎ等の管理業務を行っていただきます。
・慣れてきたら窓口に来たお客様のご対応や電話対応もございます。
・社内のパソコンはMacではなくWindowsです。
・メインで使用しているソフトはエクセルと業務専用ソフトで、資料作り等はございませんので、パソコンの高度な知識は無くても大丈夫です。
〇「事務だけ」「接客だけ」「体力仕事だけ」ではなく、一般事務に多い終日座りっぱなしのデスクワークではございません。

自動車運転免許必須(AT限定でOK)
清潔感のある方(役所へ行ったり接客を行うこともあるため)
明るい方、挨拶がしっかりできる方
約束の守れる方、自分の言動に責任が持てる方
知識欲が高く、能動的に学ぶ姿勢があり、自ら考えて作業するのが好きな方
取扱説明書やマニュアルの類を隅から隅まで読む方(法令に則って判断するため、見落とし厳禁)
地図を見る機会が多いため、住宅地図や航空写真から正確な情報を読み取れる方(地図に苦手意識が無い方)
エクセル中心のため使い慣れている方を歓迎しますが、一般的なパソコンスキルがあれば大丈夫です。
自動車登録業務経験者優遇(給与応相談)
勤務時間・曜日:
9:00~18:00勤務(休憩60分、実働8時間)
残業あり
休暇・休日:
完全週休二日制
休日:土日祝日、年末年始(12/29~1/3)
年間休日日数:約120日
有給休暇は事前・事後どちらの申請でもOK。時間単位の取得も可能です。
