At Syntegon Technology K.K. (Japan) we provide a wide range of services to meet customer needs, including sales of domestically manufactured and imported machines for the Japanese pharmaceutical and food markets, as well as packaging materials, validation, and comprehensive services. We are located in Tokyo (HQ), Osaka and Saitama (R&D and manufacturing) with around 200 passionate colleagues.
Your duties
医薬品製造における充填・滅菌など各種包装機の世界シェア最大級のメーカーであるシンテゴン社の日本法人にて、医薬品の自動検査ライン向け自社製品 (自動検査機)のエンジニアリング業務を担当いただきます。
・電気設計、電気見積、電気現地調整:ソフトウェア設計、ソフトウェア見積(主にPLCラダー編集・修正・モニタリング)/ハードウエア設計、ハードウェア見積(主に配線設計、およびコンポーネント選定)
・設計仕様書作成
・顧客提出ドキュメント作成
・トラブル対応マネジメント
・製薬会社で使用される医薬品の自動検査機の製造業務:出荷済み自動検査機の改造設計業務、営業支援業務(見積含む)、問合せ/トラブル対応業務、現地作業業務、改善・R&D業務
This position is responsible for engineering work on the company's products (automatic inspection machines) for automated pharmaceutical inspection lines at the Japanese subsidiary of Syntegon, one of the world's largest manufacturers of packaging machines for filling and sterilization in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Electrical design, electrical estimates, on-site electrical adjustments: software design, software estimates (mainly PLC ladder editing, corrections, and monitoring)/hardware design, hardware estimates (mainly wiring design and component selection)
- Creating design specifications
- Creating documents to be submitted to customers
- Troubleshooting management
- Manufacturing work for automated pharmaceutical inspection machines used by pharmaceutical companies: modification design work for shipped automatic inspection machines, sales support work (including estimates), inquiry/troubleshooting work, on-site work, improvement/R&D work

<必須要件
高専もしくは大卒以上:工学系(機械、電気電子、制御、情報)
メカトロニクスやシーケンス制御に関する知識経験
図面の理解、一般工具類の取り扱い経験
国内外出張業務が可能な方(長期出張が可能である事)
フットワーク、チームワーク、コミュニケーション能力の高い方
TOEICスコア 500 以上(英語メールや簡単な英会話に抵抗がないかた)

Business level of Janapese, and TOEIC score of 500 or higher (no hesitation in English emails or simple English conversation)
Knowledge and experience in electrical CAD
Knowledge and experience in Mitsubishi PLC (Siemens, AB)
Knowledge and experience in motion controllers
