また、「チーム協働」を通じて、公認会計士、税理士、弁護士、司法書士、社会保険労務士などの内部プロフェッショナルが連携し、高い付加価値を持つサービスを提供しています。

業務内容

1.月次業務

- 月次の入力業務や試算表作成。

- 経営状況の報告を通じて、お客様とのコミュニケーションを図る。

2.年次決算業務

- 年次決算の業務や税務申告書の作成。

- 確定申告や年末調整業務も含まれ、法定調書や償却資産に関する処理も行う。

3.税務関連業務

- 法人税、消費税、所得税、相続税などの各種税務申告。

- 法律や規則の変更に対応し、お客様に最適なアドバイスを提供。

4.経営支援

- 事業計画の策定支援や経営戦略の立案。

- 相続対策や事業承継対策も重要な役割。

5.M&Aや組織再編

- 組織再編やM&Aの際の財務デューデリジェンス。

- 企業の成長戦略に関与し、適切なサポートを提供。

6.資金管理

- 融資支援や資金繰りの相談、資産管理業務を行い、経営安定化に貢献。

・Excel、wordなどPC操作に問題がないこと

・簿記,会計をある程度理解していること(申告ソフト、月次処理など)

・公認会計士,税理士,中小企業診断士などの資格をお持ちの方

・会計事務所での経験が3年以上ある方

・医療法人の会計などに関与されたご経験のある方

・会計事務所、監査法人、コンサルティング会社、金融機関などで経営者と接する仕事をしたことがある方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:30~18:30(フレックス制度あり)

出社時間や退社時間などの働き方は柔軟に対応しますのでご相談ください。
