【dotDとは】 私たちは「あなたの想いを、挑戦に変える」をミッションとする『事業創造ファーム』です。 クライアントの想いに寄り添い挑戦に伴走する「共創事業」と、dotD社員の想いをdotDという環境を利用して立ち上げる「自社事業」の両輪で、ひとりひとりの「当たり前」に変化をもたらす価値を創造し続けます。 1. 自社事業 社会課題やメンバー自身の身近にある課題に対して仮説検証を繰り返しながら、自社でサービスの企画・開発・運営を行っています。 これまではPetTech(ペット x テクノロジー)、EdTech(エデュケーション x テクノロジー)での新サービス開発を中心に取り組んできましたが、今後も挑戦する領域を積極的に広げ、新たな価値を創造していきます。 2. 共創事業 大企業の新規事業における構想・企画からプロトタイピング・製品開発、更にはセールス・マーケティングまで、真の一気通貫で事業を成功に導くためのお手伝いをしています。 顧客企業の社会的影響力や経営資源、dotDの強みである発想力や敏捷性・柔軟性、その両方を掛け合わせることで、ひとりひとりの「当たり前」に変化をもたらす価値を創造し続けます。 【職務概要】 そんなdotDの社員として、自社事業の立ち上げと大企業の新規事業伴走の二刀流に挑戦する新規事業開メンバーを募集します。 <自社事業> ご自身の持つ問題意識・アイデアをプロジェクト化し、事業責任者として立ち上げて頂きます。あるいはdotD社員の想いを引き出し、社内共同創業のような形で事業を立ち上げを行なって頂くこともあり得ます。 <共創事業> 日本を代表する大企業の新規事業創りに参画し、初期のアイディエーションや事業計画策定・仮説検証から、開発のプロダクトオーナー業務、セールス・マーケティングの勝ちパターン発掘・仕組み化まで、文字通り一気通貫で新規事業を伴走・リードして頂きます。 【プロジェクトの特徴】 <自社事業> 全社員が1年中いつでも事業立ち上げに挑戦することができます。トップダウンでテーマ/領域を特定することはなく、自由度高く、ご自身(あるいは他の社員)の等身大の問題意識を起点に事業を立ち上げてもらいます。dotDの自社事業立ち上げの特徴は、①『想い』起点であること、②実験主義(デザイン思考 / リーンスタートアップ / アジャイル的)であること、③全社一丸で「やってみなはれ」なことです。 これまで中心的に取り組んできたPetTech事業・EdTech事業が2023年にスピンアウト(dotDを卒業)することが決まり、新たな事業の立ち上げがdotDの最優先の経営テーマの一つです。早速新規事業立ち上げB2B SaaS、エキゾチックアニマル向けペットフードD2C、採用担当支援サービス、新業態のサウナなど、いくつかの事業が動きつつありますが、まだまだパイプラインを拡充していきたいと考えています。 <共創事業> 大手自動車メーカー、家電メーカー、メガバンク、通信会社、ITベンダー等日本を代表する大企業の新規事業案件に携わることができます。それらの企業がdotDを選ぶ理由は、他の新規事業伴走者・支援者に比べて、①機敏・柔軟であること、②真の一気通貫であること(アイディエーション~S/W開発~セールス・マーケティング)、③dotD自ら事業立ち上げにチャレンジし試行錯誤・悪戦苦闘を繰り返していることの3点です。非常に近い距離にデザイナーやエンジニアがおり、職能横断でのプロジェクトも日常茶飯事です。 【dotDで働くことの魅力】 上記のようなやりがいあふれる仕事に年齢に関係なく取り組めます。自ら前のめりに手を挙げる人には、どんどん魅力的な仕事が回ってきます。 「放牧型マネジメント」なので、大きな裁量を持って働けます。誰かに事細かに管理されることはありません。 その分自立/自律することが求められるとも言えます。 フルフレックス・フルリモートで、非常に働きやすい環境でもあります。
必須スキル
・3年以上の新規事業プロジェクトへの関与経験 - プロジェクトの内容や規模は問いません - 「関与」の仕方も問いません ・ 大企業の執行役員~部課長クラスとのプロジェクト推進経験
歓迎スキル
・3年以上の大企業向けコンサルティングの経験 ・5年以上の大企業勤務経験 ・1年以上のスタートアップ勤務経験 ・スクラムにおけるプロダクトオーナー経験 ・デザイナー/エンジニア等の他職種の経験 ・何らかの形で自ら起案し事業創造に挑戦した経験
