ewWe are seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Delivery Programs to design, execute, and optimize scalable programs that support Rocket Now's rapid growth and workforce plan.
This role focuses on programmatic recruitment, vendor management, and data-driven process improvements to ensure operational excellence in talent acquisition and workforce planning at scale.
You will partner with business leaders and recruiting teams to build and execute frameworks that enable scaled growth while maintaining quality, compliance, and efficiency.

- 7+ years of experience in workforce program management, vendor management, or recruiting in fast-paced industries (logistics, retail, delivery platforms, staffi
- Proven ability to design and scale programs, including vendor strategy, process optimization, and adoption of technology that drives enablem
- Strong data orientation, with hands-on experience using platforms, ideally recruitment dashboards, and analytics to drive performa
- Experience managing vendor relationships, including negotiation, performance tracking, and compliance oversi
