今回、Amazon Hubデリバリーパートナープログラムにおける配送パートナーのオペレーション全般を管理するシニア・エリアマネージャーを募集します。このポジションは、新しい配送モデルを開発、管理することが求められます。また、ラストマイル(最終拠点からエンドユーザーへの物流サービス)のオペレーション・チームの一員として、お客様へのラストマイル配送に関する様々な手法を開発し、長期的な配送能力を構築していきます。

Key job responsibilities

・全国規模での配送ネットワーク拡大をリードし、持続的な成長モデルを構築できる
・複数エリアの営業・運用チームを統括し、仕組みと人材の両面から成果を生み出せる
・データ分析を基に、営業戦略・コスト最適化・品質改善を横断的に推進できる
・社内外の多様なステークホルダーと協働し、日本のラストマイルを進化させる変革を主導できる
■主な責任領域
【チームマネジメント】
・複数エリアのメンバーをマネジメントし、育成・評価をリード
・人材配置と育成計画を通じ、成果を出せる組織体制を構築
【事業戦略・営業推進】
・地域/全国レベルの配送・営業戦略を策定し、配送パートナー獲得と配送量の拡大・安定を推進
・KPI(契約数・稼働率・配送量等)を管理し、成果最大化をリード
【パートナーシップマネジメント】
・主要パートナーとの協業体制を構築し、契約・品質・満足度を向上
・拠点横断での課題を把握し、改善策や防止策を策定・展開
・ビジネスリスク/コンプライアンスを適切に管理しながら、持続的な事業拡大を推進する
【業務設計・プロセス改善】
・営業・運用プロセスを標準化し、効率的な仕組みを構築
・社内関連部門と連携し、ツールやシステムの改善を推進
【プロジェクトリード】
・全国規模のプロセス改善・業務拡大プロジェクトをマネージし、横断的に成果を創出
・新施策導入時の調整・リスク管理・効果検証を統括

※担当地域は所属勤務地により決定します。担当エリアや業務状況により、月3日程度の出張(宿泊を伴う場合有)が発生する可能性があります。

Basic Qualifications
4年制大学卒以上
日本語ビジネスレベル
5名以上のピープルマネジメント経験
合計4年以上の営業/アカウント管理(KPI管理や設定、プロセス改善、ベンダーマネジメント等)、もしくは物流/オペレーション管理の経験
Preferred Qualifications
英語ビジネスレベル
以下いずれかの領域で合計4年以上の実務経験を有する方:
1) Sales(営業・アカウントマネジメント)
1-1) 新規開拓・既存パートナー双方を対象とした営業、チャネル開発、またはアカウントマネジメント経験
1-2) コンプライアンスを遵守した上でパートナーとの長期的な関係構築を通じ、売上拡大や契約維持を実現した経験
2) Operations Management(オペレーション管理)
2-1) 提携先の運用改善を通じ、サービス品質・コスト・効率の最適化を達成した経験
2-2) 小売、サービス、ロジスティクスなどで業務プロセスの改善や現場運営を管理した経験
3) Business & Network Planning(事業計画・ネットワーク最適化)
3-1) リソース最適化やキャパシティ設計、KPI分析を通じて、業務計画や運用最適化を推進した経験
