仕事内容:

お客様から注文が入った商品の受発注や在庫管理をメインとした営業事務をおまかせします事務経験があればエントリー可能です

【大手グループ企業の営業事務をお任せします安定長期勤務可能です】

・企業グループは安心、安定企業さんです

・東京は、北海道や東北の生産者から消費者へ産地直送型のネットショッピングモールがメインです

・通勤は新橋、虎ノ門、内幸町が利用可能です

・9時20分~18時00分(実働7時間40分、休憩1時間)で残業は少な目です

・月~金の土日祝休みですよ

【大手企業グループでの営業事務をお任せします】

~生産者様のの想いを消費者さんへつなげるお仕事です~

・注文に関する受発注(生産者さんとのやりとり)

・在庫管理(自社システム)

・注文者さんへのご案内書類や、請求書等の書類作成~発送業務

・生産者、お客様との電話やメール応対

・その他繁忙期の箱詰め作業や梱包、ラベル貼り、段ボール作成などの軽作業業務もあります

・その他注文書のファイリングなど支店内サポート業務

※ショッピングモールのコールセンターは別にありますが、取り切れなかった電話は支店に転送されることがあります

残業はほとんどありませんが、夏(冷却グッズ)や冬(カニなど)の繁忙期・閑散期によりますが、月5~10時間程度です。
