About the role
Global pharmaceutical company is expanding Japan presence with new product launches and taking the business to the next level.
With strong business strategy and new product pipeline, they are aiming to triple the size of the team and business in coming 3-5 years.
After successfully hiring new Country Manager, now they are eager to hire new Head of Finance. Exciting time to join the firm where you will be key member to shape the organization.What will you get?
Full P&L responsibility, where you will be key business partner to the leadership team and engage in all strategic decision making process.

Key Responsibilities
Closing and reporting including monthly, quarterly and annual settlements, as well as consolidated financial statements. Need to be very hands on.
Proactively engage in hiring, retaining and developing the team,
Supporting strategic goals including product launches.
Key requirements and qualifications:
10+ years of experience in accounting and finance with proven track record in building new systems and teams.
Hands on skills with flexibility to manage multiple tasks within finance team.
Strong in both oral and written skills for Japanese and English
