■About the Position

Act as a strategic partner to drive business growth through financial insights, accurate planning, and team leadership.

■Responsibilities

・Lead and develop the finance team

・Manage budget and forecasting

・Analyze monthly performance

・Provide strategic insights

・Drive financial modelling

・Leverage AI for analytics

■Requirements

・Fluent in both English and Japanese

・Basic knowledge and skills in Accounting and Financial analysis

・Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling and/or local FP&A

・Experience leading a team

・Experience in the healthcare industry

■Industry

■Salary Range

13M ~ 17M JPY

■Bonus
