【資金調達】Fundraising
1. 銀行借入に係る既存取引行とのRM 2. 新規取引行の開拓3. デットファイナンスの提案及び組成活動4. エクイティファイナンス(公募増資及び第三者割当増資等による資本調達)の実行
【予算管理】Budget Management
5.全社の年度予算の編成・策定6.国内本社及び海外子会社(US・Luxembourg)の月次の予算管理7.海外子会社の資金繰り管理(Intercompany Loanの注入等)
【その他】Other responsibilities
8. 為替リスクのヘッジ管理/運用9. 株主総会の対応
財務グループのメンバーの背景:
・マネージャー含め、3名のメンバーが所属しております(以下、経歴)(政府系金融機関、総合商社、外資系金融機関)・メンバー年齢層:30代前半~40代半ば・また米国・欧州の子会社にはそれぞれ複数名の現地担当メンバーが在籍し、日常的に、日本のメンバーと連携しています
必須スキル
- ファイナンス関連領域における8年以上の経験
- 日本語:ネイティブレベル(当社はグローバル企業ですが、日本の財務グループでは相応に日本語のやり取りが発生します)
- 英語:日常会話レベル(ビジネスレベルがベターですが、文書・口頭での英語のコミュニケーションに尻込みしない気持ちがあれば流暢さは問いません)
- 困難な状況にもめげない気持ち
- 新しい環境に飛び込み、自分自身の能力の幅を広げることへの貪欲さ
- 未知のことに直面しても周囲を巻き込みながら自走し続ける力
- 複雑な事象もロジカルかつ簡潔に分かりやすく説明できる力
- デット・エクイティファイナンス問わず10億円以上の資金調達をクロージングさせた経験
- 財務モデリングのスキル(スクラッチからエクセルで財務三表モデル(PL・BS・CFが連関する)を作成或いは適切にレビュー可能)

上場企業ではあるものの、企業としては未だ事業開発フェーズであり、また宇宙産業全体も、サービス市場を創り上げる勃興期の段階にあります。当社は、月着陸船(ランダー)や月面探査車(ローバー)を開発・製造し、Space XのFalcon 9ロケットを使ってランダーを打上げ、JAXAやNASA等を顧客とするペイロード輸送ミッションを実行する、国内唯一のディープテックベンチャーです。実際に、ミッション1として、2022年12月に民間企業としては世界初の月着陸船の打上げを成功させ、民間企業初となる、月面へ最終降下フェーズまで安定的にランダーを到達させました。続くミッション2でも安定的に月の周回軌道迄の輸送を実現しております。現在、ミッション1及びミッション2で得られた貴重な航行データを基に最速2027年の打ち上げを予定する2つの後続ミッション(ミッション3、ミッション4)での月面着陸を目指しています。
宇宙開発関連事業は、開発・運用コストが他産業と比べても非常に高額な、所謂、資本集約型(キャピタル・インテンシブ)事業です。当社は現在までに総額900億円以上もの資金調達を実行し(2025年7月末時点)、本事業開発を推進しておりますが、今後も持続安定的に高頻度なミッションを実現するためには、更なる強固な財務基盤の構築が鍵となります。勃興期の宇宙開発ビジネスは、資金調達ビジネスであると言っても過言ではありません。
