適時開示・臨時報告書等の各種開示書類の対応
四半期の決算対応(決算説明資料の作成、決算説明会の企画・運営等)
IR対応(機関投資家・アナリストとの1on1、個人投資家及び機関投資家向けセミナーのアレンジ等)
IR戦略の立案及び実行

事業計画の策定・更新及び各種シミュレーション
計画に基づく財務分析(プロジェクトの収益性や財務影響の試算等)
月次の予実分析

(メガバンク、上場/非上場スタートアップ、プライム市場上場企業)
・メンバー年齢層:20代後半~30代
・Financeグループとの連携機会が多いです
必須スキル
- IR関連領域における5年以上の経験
- 日本語:ネイティブレベル(当社はグローバル企業ですが、日本のIRグループでは相応に日本語のやり取りが発生します)
- 英語:日常会話レベル(ビジネスレベルがベターですが、文書・口頭での英語のコミュニケーションに尻込みしない気持ちがあれば問いません)
- 会計の基礎的知識
- 前例がなく困難なことでもどうすれば実現出来るのか考え抜く強いチャレンジ精神
- 複雑な事象でも要点を捉えシンプルに伝達できるコミュニケーション能力

上場企業ではあるものの、企業としては未だ事業開発フェーズであり、また宇宙産業全体も、サービス市場を創り上げる勃興期の段階にあります。当社は、月着陸船(ランダー)や月面探査車(ローバー)を開発・製造し、Space XのFalcon 9ロケットを使ってランダーを打上げ、JAXAやNASA等を顧客とするペイロード輸送ミッションを実行する、国内唯一のディープテックベンチャーです。実際に、ミッション1として、2022年12月に民間企業としては世界初の月着陸船の打上げを成功させ、民間企業初となる、月面へ最終降下フェーズまで安定的にランダーを到達させました。続くミッション2でも安定的に月の周回軌道迄の輸送を実現しております。現在、ミッション1及びミッション2で得られた貴重な航行データを基に最速2027年の打ち上げを予定する2つの後続ミッション(ミッション3、ミッション4)での月面着陸を目指しています。
宇宙開発関連事業は、開発・運用コストが他産業と比べても非常に高額な、所謂、資本集約型(キャピタル・インテンシブ)事業です。当社は現在までに総額900億円以上もの資金調達を実行し(2025年6月末時点)、本事業開発を推進しておりますが、今後も持続安定的に高頻度なミッションを実現するためには、更なる強固な財務基盤の構築が鍵となります。勃興期の宇宙開発ビジネスは、資金調達ビジネスであると言っても過言ではありません。
