Key Responsibilities
Lead all finance activities for Japan, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and tax.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the Country General Manager and leadership team.
Drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis at the country level.
Provide financial decision support for product launches, brand investments, and market access strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a finance leader with a strategic and hands-on approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
Strong prioritization and execution ability in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Bilingual in Japanese and English.
