■具体的には
1:新製品導入における社内外関係部署との調整業務(プロジェクトマネージメント)
2:開発品の製品仕様等に基づくOEM/ODMデバイス組立工程開発のレビューおよび指導
3:組立工程要求事項・品質基準類の作成・修正およびOEM/ODM先との交渉・調整
4:OEM/ODM工程における生産性向上施策の技術レビューおよび指導
5:品質不具合品の原因分析とOEM/ODMへの改善指導
6:組立工程要求ガイドラインの整備 等

【求める人材】
【必須】
・CADを用いた設備設計/装置設計/立上のご経験もしくは、
製品の工程開発・改善から量産立上げの一連業務や製造管理の経験
・海外サプライヤーに対する図面ならびに現物による治具・装置のチェック含めたデバイス組立工程の確認・指導の経験
・新製品の工程開発における製品設計を含む、社内外関係部署(海外拠点含む)との折衝・調整・コミュニケーション能力
・英語のリーディング/ライティング能力を有し、E-mail等でのコミュニケーションや英文書類の読解と作成ができる

・品質管理手法を活用した工程管理・改善の経験
・機構部品設計、または製品機構設計の経験
・製品仕様書から組立工程を立案することができる
・プロジェクトマネージメント経験
・英語のリスニング/スピーキング能力 (TOEIC500点相当)
【給与】
620万円~800万円
上記年収は、1か月あたり超勤30時間の場合 ※地域手当、賞与、その他手当を含めた想定年収となります。
