【ホームヘルパー】

【主なお仕事について】

・高齢者・障害者のご自宅への訪問介護サービス

・入浴、排泄、調理等の日常生活支援(生活援助・身体介護)

・複数のヘルパーによるチームケア体制での支援

・訪問介護計画書に基づいたケアプラン実行

・年数回のご利用者への目標達成度確認と進捗管理

・「ねこの手ブラウニー」自費サービス(旅行同行、犬の散歩、大掃除等)

安心の研修体制

入社時4日間の座学研修で介護業界全体を学習。高齢者との接し方、心理状態、医学知識、各介助の基礎を習得後、職員が同行訪問で丁寧にサポートします。

・介護職員初任者研修(旧ヘルパー2級)以上の資格をお持ちの方

・未経験の方も大歓迎です。多くの職員が未経験入社です

・ブランクのある方もOKです

・ご利用者のことを一生懸命考え、「これでよかったのかな」「他に方法はなかったのかな」と自問自答しながら、専門性の追求を続けられる方

・成長・進化への意欲を持って積極果敢に挑戦できる方

※同業界のダブルワーク及び同業界以外でも複数社あわせての週40時間以上の勤務は不可になりますのでご了承ください

8:30~17:30(休憩60分)

時給1,790円~

・試用期間(入社日より3ヶ月経過後の20日まで)中は時給1,690円

・昇給制度あり(年1回・規程あり)

※訪問介護以外の業務(研修等)は時給1,342円(試用期間中は1,266円)
