業務概要

ISO内部監査・外部審査の事務対応、環境管理システムの運用、全社教育の受講管理、社内HP更新、環境データの集計・報告などを通じて、会社の環境マネジメント活動を支えるポジションです。事務処理だけでなく、情報整理や仕組み運用の工夫が求められるため、環境分野の基礎知識から業務管理スキルまで幅広く習得できます。社内各部門との連携を図りながら、組織全体の環境管理レベル向上に貢献していただく役割です。

業務詳細

・ISO内部監査・外部審査に関する事務対応(資料準備、日程調整、記録管理 など)

・EcoTrack(環境管理システム)の運用・データ入力および管理

・全社環境教育・社内研修の受講状況管理、未受講者へのフォロー

・社内ホームページの更新・コンテンツ管理

・各種環境関連データの収集・集計・報告資料の作成

・環境マネジメントに関わる社内問い合わせ対応

・部署内の庶務業務および運用改善に関する補助業務

働き方/テレワーク環境

  • 必須要件

・基本的なPCスキル(Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

※Excelは四則演算・簡単な関数(SUM、AVERAGE、VLOOKUPなど)の使用レベル

・事務処理やデータ管理を正確に進められる方

・社内外との調整・コミュニケーションを円滑に行える方

  • 歓迎要件

・環境マネジメントシステム(ISO14001)またはエネルギー管理業務の運用経験

・DXに関する知識やスキルを有する方

勤務時間

8:30~17:30(8H) ※休憩60分

年収:560万~900万(会社平均残業時間 月25H分の残業代を含む)
