e-Learning事業部長(一般事務/管理部門)
【仕事内容】
【募集ポジション】 e-learning(動画販売) 運営部門長 【業務内容】 ・マナビジ事業全体の戦略立案・実行(売上・粗利・KPI設計とモニタリング) ・機能別(マーケ/コミュニティ/セールス等)の進捗管理および改善指示 ・ターゲット定義、課題整理、講座・コンテンツの企画およびロードマップ策定 ・マーケチームと連携した月次レポート作成 ・プロダクト改善のPDCA推進(数値分析・仮説立案・施策実行の司令塔) ・セールス・コンテンツ制作・CSチームとの連携、役割設計とマネジメント ・顧客インサイトを踏まえた新企画立ち上げ、他事業とのシナジー創出

【応募要件】
WEB面接可 #マネージャー採用 ・事業責任者/プロダクトマネージャー/マーケティングマネージャー等としての経験(toB/toCいずれも可) ・売上・KPIを持ち、戦略立案~実行まで一貫して推進した経験 ・Webマーケティング(LP・広告・セミナー等)の設計~改善の実務経験 ・関係者を巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進したマネジメント経験 ・医療・介護・福祉領域への関心、現場の学びやすさ・働きやすさへの共感 ・仮説思考と検証サイクルを自ら回し、オーナーシップを持って動ける方
