Job descriptions:
Future Asset Management KK ("FAM") is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited ("GUNKUL") in Japan. Our main tasks are "Asset management" and "Operation & Maintenance". Now, we are now managing two mega solar assets. We are recruiting a new member who will support for O&M works, asset management, further development, and asset acquisition works. The main workplace is in Tokyo. By the way, the successful candidate will be required to go for business trip and lodging outside Tokyo for 2 or 3 times a month. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in renewable energy field, and highly motivated. It is a chance to develop your career, get experience of working in Japanese environment, and receive a proper train by a high experience Japan member.
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be required to communicate closely with O&M subcontractors, local contractors, and business-related parties to ensure maintenance works (for both corrective and preventive maintenances) to be done based on maintenance plan and in timely manner.
- Preparing operation reports (Monthly and Annual) by gathering inputs/reports from O&M subcontractors and reporting power generation result to HQ in daily basis.
- Being a part of the team to conduct technical due diligence for new development and new asset acquisition.
- Providing support to a manager and accounting team in preparing operation budget including tracking incurred expenses and updating expenses to be incurred.
- Supporting on other related works such as contract management (loan agreement, O&M agreement, etc), insurance arrangement, permit management and etc.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, electrical Engineering, or other related fields. Japan education background would be plus.
- Experience: 0-5 years' experience in Renewable energy field or construction. Electrical construction skills and solar system knowledge would be also an advantage.
- Japan driver license will be required.
- Language skills: Japanese is required and will be evaluated during the interview by Japanese team members. English proficiency is preferred. Alternatively, candidates with strong Thai and English skills who are willing to learn Japanese may also be considered.
