配線の組付けをお願いします\/

【業務内容詳細】鉄道関連の配線や組付け、組立業務を担当していただきます。
オーダーメイド製品の生産が中心で、将来的には図面を見ながら組付けを行っていただきます。
主な作業内容は以下の通りです。
図面を確認し、指示に従って配線をつなぐ部品や装置の組み立て作業完成品の梱包作業はチームで進めます。
勤務は日勤のみです。
職場は工場内で空調完備、快適な環境です。
騒音は基本的になく、静かな環境で作業できます。
座り作業は全体の3割程度あり、製品によって立ち作業と座り作業が混在します。
重量物の取り扱いは基本はないが、低頻度で重さ20kgの製品を持つ可能性があります。
また、流れ作業ではなくセル型作業です。
配属先は配線・組み立ての部署となります。
入社後はOJT研修にて先輩スタッフが指導しますので、未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。
