【マーチャント・コンサルタントとは】
マーチャント・コンサルタントは、Amazonプラットフォームに商品を出品している販売事業者様向けに提供している有料のコンサルティングサービスプログラムを担います。具体的には、販売事業者様の経営戦略や事業戦略を踏まえた上で、課題を特定し、戦略的アドバイスを行って上での売上最大化を目指します。
【具体的な業務内容】
・1人最大約15~20社を担当し、専任コンサルタントとして戦略的プランを策定
・売上実績分析~必要な具体的戦略プラン策定~実行サポート(定期的なビジネスレビューの実施)
・最新プログラム情報提供
・戦略的アドバイスおよび実践的なコーチング

Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class service to Amazon's Selling Partners in Japan?
The Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) is seeking for a dynamic and motivated Strategic Account Merchant Consultant to further grow our Paid Service programs.
The Strategic Account Merchant Consultant is responsible for working with our large accounts to help them grow their business on Amazon by providing strategic recommendations, and scale our service by building mechanisms with a strong data-driven analytical view.
We work closely with teams across US, EU and China to invent and innovate to grow the program, improve seller engagement and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is comfortable influencing senior-level external stakeholders, possesses strong sales skills, has a track record of using data and tools to drive business growth and is comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Native Level Japanese, Basic Level English; ability to communicate in both written (email, reports) and verbally in English (meetings, phone calls, video conferences)
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
- Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles
