空調機器の設置と聞くと難しそうですが、当社が担うのは機器の取り付け作業ではなく、お客様との打ち合わせやスケジュール調整、設置後の操作説明など、コミュニケーションを軸に進めていく仕事。
ほとんどの社員が未経験スタートなので、入社時の専門知識はまったく必要ありません。
また接客業やサービス業など異業種の経験も活かせますし、女性も働きやすい環境です。

仕事内容
空調機器の設置工事に関わるサポートやお客様対応の補助業務をお願いします。
主な業務は、工事担当スタッフがスムーズに動けるように「準備」と「フォロー」をすることです。
<具体的には>
・見積書や発注書などの書類作成(フォーマットあり)
・仕入れメーカーへの発注手続き(PC入力が中心)
・工事日程の確認連絡など、担当者との簡単な調整
・工事完了後、お客様へエアコンのリモコンの使い方など簡単な説明
・社内スタッフのサポート業務 など
工事作業はすべて職人さんが行うため、専門知識や工具の使用は必要ありません。未経験の方も安心して始められます。
募集の背景
当社では、施工管理の業務負荷を減らし、一人ひとりが無理なく高品質な仕事ができる体制づくりを進めています。その中で重要なのが、施工管理を支える「サポート専任スタッフ」の存在です。
施工管理業務の中には、資格や専門知識がなくても対応できる業務が多くあります。
これらを切り分けて専門のスタッフにお任せすることで、施工管理担当者は集中すべき工程管理や現場の技術面にしっかり時間を割けるようになります。
今回は、この分業体制をより安定させ、サービス品質を高めていくための増員募集です。
補助業務は「ずっとアシスタントとして働きたい」「事務+少し外に出る仕事が好き」「専門職よりサポート役で力を発揮したい」という方にもぴったりのポジション。
キャリアパスは同時募集中の「施工管理アシスタント」とは異なり、見積書作成・メーカー発注・取り扱い説明・アポイント調整など、サポート領域のスペシャリストとして活躍いただけます。
無理に施工管理を目指す必要はなく、ご自身のスタイルに合わせて長く続けられる職種です。
教育・研修について
まず座学や現場同行を通じて基礎から学びます。座学では業務の流れや必要な知識を習得し、現場では実際の作業を見ながら実践的なスキルを身に付けます。このプロセスを繰り返し、無理なく成長できる環境です。
資格
普通自動車免許(AT限定可)

未経験者応募OK、パソコン操作できる方(文字入力程度)
多くの人が未経験からスタートしており、丁寧な研修やマニュアルなど、人を育てるノウハウはしっかりと整っています。
