【職務概要】
EC・D2C・美容・健康食品などtoCブランドを中心に、成果報酬型インフルエンサー施策の課題整理・企画提案・運用改善を行うマネージャー候補です。
CPA/ROASなど主要KPIを踏まえた最適化をリードし、短期配信だけでなく、中長期の改善や施策型化にも関わります。

・リード獲得および新規アプローチ
・クライアントの事業構造・獲得課題のヒアリング
・成果報酬型インフルエンサー施策の企画および提案
・広告代理店/クライアントとの折衝およびレポーティング
・チームメンバー育成とKPI/KGIを含む成果マネジメント
【入社直後】
まずはプレイヤーとして、案件創出・提案中心に担当します。
クライアントの獲得課題を把握し、成果報酬型施策の設計や改善業務を通じて、
指標(ROAS・CPAなど)に基づく提案スキルを習得いただきます。
【その後】
実績に応じて、担当できる領域を広げていただきます。
施策の型化、改善ロジックの整理、アカウント戦略など、より上流の業務に関わることが可能です。

【必須】
・下記いずれかの無形商材を扱う業界 で、法人営業の実務経験(3年以上)
┗総合広告代理店/デジタル広告専業代理店/PR会社
┗HR・人材サービス(人材紹介、求人メディア、教育、RPOなど)
┗コンサルティング(マーケ・戦略・IT・業務改善など)
┗IT/SaaS(クラウドサービス、マーケティングテックなど)
┗その他、BtoB無形サービス領域
【尚可】
・SNSプロモーションまたはインフルエンサー施策の提案
・広告代理店/デジタルエージェンシー/PR会社での営業経験
・エンタープライズ/大手クライアント向けのアカウント営業経験
・代理店協業での提案・案件推進の経験
・マーケティング領域での企画提案、プロジェクトリード経験
【給与】
年収:600万~780万程度
月給制:月額500000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:決算賞与年1回(6月)
昇給:年2回(6月・12月)
