【仕事内容】

インフルエンサーマーケティング事業の成長に伴い、

ブランド向けのインフルエンサー施策に関するディレクションマネージャー候補を募集しております。

THREEWithは成果報酬型のインフルエンサーマーケティングを提供するサービスです。

商品購入や資料請求といった明確なCVを獲得することに特化しており、

ブランドにとって導入ハードルが低く、CV獲得に直結するインフルエンサーマーケティングを実現します。

戦略設計から施策実行まで一気通貫で伴走することで、企業の売上・ROI最大化に貢献いたします。

【具体的には】

・ チームや事業のKGI/KPI設計と成果マネジメント

・ メンバーの育成と成長機会の設計

・ 案件ごとの目的やターゲットに応じた、インフルエンサーのキャスティング・提案

・ 投稿までの進行管理(スケジュール調整、訴求内容の共有・確認)

・ SNSやDMを活用した新インフルエンサーのスカウティング・リクルーティング

・ 投稿クリエイティブのチェックおよび表現クオリティの管理

・ 成果に基づくレポート作成と、定性的な効果の分析・振り返り

・ インフルエンサーとの継続的な関係構築と信頼醸成

・ インフルエンサーマーケティング事業の成長に伴い、

「ブランド向けのインフルエンサー施策に関するディレクションマネージャー候補」を募集。

【求める人材】

・ マーケティング施策に関する企画・運用ディレクション経験

【歓迎】

・ マネジメント経験(少人数でも可)

・ 広告代理店・デジタルエージェンシーでのディレクション経験

・ 無形商材・サービスに関するセールス経験

・ SNSを活用したプロモーション施策への理解・実務経験

・ 美容/アパレル関連の販売職経験

【給与】

年収800~1080万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。

10:00~19:00
