\どんな仕事?/

~チームで協力現場作業から管理〜

土木工事や解体工事を支える

現場作業や管理業務をお任せします。

簡単な軽作業や現場の安全確認業務等から

初めるので、未経験でも安心してスタートできます

<一覧で見る業務内容>

・作業エリアの安全確認と誘導

・簡単な軽作業や先輩の補助

重機オペレーターを目指す方

・重機操作による地面掘削や解体作業

(必要な免許は入社後に会社負担で取得)

・重機・車両の簡単な点検や清掃

施工管理を目指す方

・プロジェクトの計画作成やその進行

・品質管理、現場管理、安全管理等

現場作業から初めていただきますが、

将来的には重機オペレーターや施工管理職を

目指していただくことができます

実働時間:1日あたり7時間35分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 22日

8:00~17:00

*休憩85分/3回

  • 10時に10分、12時に60分、15時に15分

月平均残業時間: 5時間前後

休日休暇


休日:第2・3・4・5土曜、日曜、祝日

第1土曜のみ出勤。

それ以外は週末休みで生活リズムも安定します。

※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 18万5000円 〜 40万800円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万2200円 〜 9万9200円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり21時間 〜 31時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万円 〜 3万円

*固定残業代21時間分が給与に含まれますが、

実際の残業時間は月5時間程度です。

残業しなかった場合でも、全額支給されます。

※一律安全手当1〜3万円含む

賞与年2回 (昨年度実績: 計3.2ヶ月分)

・業績・個人評価に応じて支給額を決定

昇給あり (年1回)

・スキルや貢献度に応じて適正に評価します

通勤手当:上限11,250円まで実費支給
