主な職務:
●北九州拠点における大型トラック新車販売に関わるセールスマネージャー職(管理職)としてセールスマネジメント全般の責務を負う/Responsible for overall sales management as a sales manager (manager) involved in the sales of new heavy-duty trucks at the Kitakyushu Dealer.
●戦略に従い、プロセスの確立、必要業務の企画立案、予算作成及び管理、受注活動の進捗状況のマネジメント責務を負う/Responsible for establishing processes, planning necessary operations, preparing and managing budgets, and managing the progress of order activities in accordance with the strategy.
●担当地域内を中心とした新車セールス活動の統括業務/Supervision of new vehicle sales activities mainly in the area of responsibility
●拡販の為の、最適な提案や各種フォローアップを戦略的視点からメンバーをけん引するリーダーシップを発揮頂く/Demonstrate leadership to lead members from a strategic perspective by making optimal proposals and various follow-ups for sales expansion
●新規開拓、及び、既納顧客へ必要とされるフォローアップ推進を社内外に対し行い、マーケットシェア拡大する責務を負う/Responsible for developing new customers and promoting follow-up necessary for customers who have already paid their bills, both internally and externally, and expanding market share.
●スカニアグローバルポリシーに準じ、日本市場の新車販売全般、チームメンバーの販売実践の基盤作成、及び、サポートや育成/In accordance with Scania's Global Policy, general sales of new vehicles in the Japan market, creation of a foundation for team members' sales practices, and support and training
●サービス部との連携業務などの課題解決/Solving problems such as coordination with the service department
●社内外におけるルールの整理と確立/Organizing and establishing rules both inside and outside the company
Eligibility
必要な経験、資格等: 普通自動車運転免許 /Regular driving license
望ましい経験・資格:
●トラックセールス,Body Build 営業のご経験 / Experience in Truck Sales and Body Build Sales
● 大型トラックメーカー、大型トラック販売会社での営業のご経験 輸入Body Build、輸入特種車両 営業のご経験 /Sales experience at a heavy-duty truck manufacturer and heavy-duty truck sales company. Experience in sales of imported body builds and imported special vehicles
● 大型トラック運転免許 英語力(中級レベルあれば尚可)/Heavy-duty truck driver's license, English proficiency (intermediate level is a plus)
学歴のこだわり: 高校卒以上、専攻の確認 / High school graduate or above, confirmation of major
転職回数: 4、5年一つの企業での就業 / Worked for one company at least for 4 years
言語: 日本語ネイティブ+ビジネス英語+必須(読み書き会話)/ Native Japanese + Business English + Required (Reading/Writing)
外人雇用: 配偶者ビザ、永住権所有以外NG / Permanent residence holders, Spouse Visa or Highly Skilled Professional
