Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and leading sales initiatives to achieve and exceed targets. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, training and managing sales teams, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The role requires a proactive approach to driving revenue growth and building a high-performing sales team.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Coaching abilities
- Experience with Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and Data-Driven Decision Making
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and familiarity with sales technology tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the BPO or service delivery industry is a plus
