フロントマネージャーに期待される役割

フロントオフィス業務が、ハイアットインターナショナルブランドスタンダードに副い、うまく効果的に行えるようにする。
ホテルの商品知識、現状のプロモーション、ポリシーの変更など常に最新の情報を把握する
お客様の依頼、質問、苦情などすべてに対応し、お客様との信頼関係をつくる。
宿泊部の予算を、DORとともに、目的を達成しコストコントロールが効果的にできているかを確認し準備をする。
部内を通して、適切な数の要員配置や、効果的なペイロールを管理するようにする。これはマルチスキルをもつ従業員を、適切なロスターに組み込み、フルタイム、パートタイム従業員を適切に配置することによってできる。
必要に応じて権限、責任を資産である従業員に委譲し、業務や安全基準を厳守した上で育成し、成長させる。など

応募資格

最低 5 年以上の実務経験
マネジメント経験のある方
コンピュータースキル ( Opera の知識があれば望ましい)
カスタマーサービス、コミュニケーション、対人スキルの高い方
日本語、英語必須(読み、書き、話す)

What are your main responsibilities as a Front Office, Manager

Ensure the Front Office operates successfully and efficiently in accordance with Hyatt International Brand Standards.
Ensure to maintain an updated awareness of hotel product knowledge, current promotion, policy changes and appropriate internal communication.

Establish rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship and handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on Front Office services.

Assist with the preparation and regular update of the Rooms Departmental Budget, in close cooperation with the Director of Rooms ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.

Exercise efficient Payroll Management/Resource allocation through the establishment of a flexible workforce throughout the department.

This will be based on the principles of a flexible employee base (Full Time & Part Time employees), flexible rostering, multi-skilling and multi-tasking.

Delegate appropriately, duties and responsibilities to equip and resource employees, nurturing and developing them whilst ensuring standards of operation and safety are maintained.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-year work experience.
Good computer skills (Knowledge of Opera is desirable)
Experience in a managerial position
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
Japanese and English skills are necessary.
