*【お仕事内容】*

オフィスビル各種設備の保守点検業務、保全・保安管理業務、管理メンテナンスなど。

*【具体的な業務内容】*

電気・空調・衛生・防災設備などの日常点検と運転

故障・トラブル・緊急時の一次対応と小修繕

修理業者の手配

防災対応

入社後の新人研修、配属後のOJTを通じてしっかりとサポートします。

実際に入社された方も、*1~2ヶ月程度で慣れた*という方も多数

【勤務時間】


3日に1回の宿直勤務+月2回の日勤勤務

・宿直勤務

8:30~翌8:30

(仮眠6時間+休憩2時間、実働16時間)

・日勤勤務

8:30~17:30

(休憩1時間、実働8時間)

・危険物取扱者乙種第4類

・電気工事士
