本ポジションは電話やメールを通じ、グローバルアカウントのお客様の課題に対しソリューション提供していただくインサイドセールスです。扱うセグメント、案件の規模によっては外勤、プリセールなどとタッグを組み、案件クローズまでリードを取っていいただきます。英語力を活かしお客様の交渉に関わっていただくため、正にグローバルを感じていただけるロールです。

<主なる職務内容>

~商談・案件発掘~

・テレセールス活動(アウトバウンドコール・インバウンドコール)

・プロモーション、キャンペーンの推進

・顧客ニーズの分析・理解

・顧客の意思決定プロセスの把握

・意思決定権者(購買決定権者)との関係構築

・顧客のロイヤリティを高めるための関係構築

・ビジネスパートナーとの関係構築

~製品提案、クロージング~

・弊社の戦略、商品、商品構成の理解 / 競合他社の戦略、商品、商品構成の理解

・製品提案の準備、開発、並びに提案活動

・最終価格の交渉

・契約書締結
